JOIN US at the gallery from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on June 25th for at an artist talk and reception with renowned landscape painter and arti educator David Dunlop. David will be discussing elements of art history, the science of sight, and some of his newest paintings which will be on display here in the gallery.

David Dunlop grew up in St. Louis and attended the College of Wooster in Ohio. He majored in philosophy and English literature. After traveling Europe, studying at the Art Students League, and attending the Union Theological Seminary, David received his MFA from the Pratt Institute. David then moved to Connecticut and began teaching at the Silvermine School in the 1990's where he continues to teach today. He has lectured extensively on art and art history and is the writer and host for the Emmy award-winning PBS Television series, "Landscapes Through Time with David Dunlop."
